Very bad experience at this truck stop. I was here during the night shift from July 5th to July 6th. The service was absolutely terrible. The woman working the night shift was extremely rude and unfriendly. When I first asked about parking, she answered with a very bad attitude. Later, when I asked about taking a shower, she started raising her voice and told me the shower was not working. She even told me not to wash myself in the restroom — only wash my face quickly and that’s it. I have rarely experienced such disrespectful treatment toward drivers. Truck drivers spend long hours on the road and deserve basic respect and normal service. Also: * the restroom was dirty; * the shower area was not clean; * the customer service was terrible. I am very disappointed with this place. I hope management pays attention to the cleanliness and the way employees treat customers and drivers.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Have never experienced the type of friendly people at a truck stop as I did here. Asked for biscuits and gravy with extra gravy and they made it happen. Thank you staff for your help.

I stopped at Ernie's Truck Stop to scale my truck. After getting my scale ticket, I went inside and noticed the handwriting on the ticket was very difficult to read. I politely asked if it could be reprinted so I could fill in the information myself. Instead of helping, the employee became upset when I mentioned that the handwriting was hard to read. He told me I would have to go back and re-scale the truck just to get another ticket, which seemed unnecessary especially since there was trucks scaling. when a simple reprint could have solved the issue. When I expressed my frustration, the employee and other staff members told me to leave the store and not come back. I've never experienced customer service like this before. A simple request turned into an argument, and I felt I was treated disrespectfully. Hopefully management can address how customers are handled in situations like this.

I bought food, Cheeseburger. It is the worst ever cheeseburger. They were up a cheeseburger with the bread and they are holding it into warm container when you try to eat it. Everything is soft and it is absolutely disgusting. They could have the cheese bread and the meat separate and anytime customer want, they could put them together. They could hold the meat warm But not the Burger bun. I got some other food. It was good like soup and crispy taco and fry.

Fast pace,get in get out or you will be charged. Heatlamp selection is good. Showers are small but usable, no toilet in shower room. Pay for over night, otherwise 1 hour limit. Heavily monitored with surveillance cameras and a lot attendant. It's a great location but $25 per night parking ( fuel purchase will validate) . Typical inner city facility. People are to the point friendly and hustle. Good place for location.
